Celeriac chips

Chips – thinly cut fries of swede and / or celeriac. Oven cook with olive oil and sea salt for 30 minutes at gas 6 / 200c or deep fry in sunflower oil.Roasties – turnip, swede, celeriac, squash and pumpkin. Olive oil, butter or goose fat. Gas 6 / 200c for 30 minutes

Mash – mashed boiled cauliflower with butter and a little double cream. Mashed boiled swede with butter and a little double cream.

Rice – cauliflower blitzed in the food processor then a quick zap in the microwave or fry with beaten egg for egg fried rice.

Crisps – thinly sliced turnip deep fried in sunflower or olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt.

Pasta or noodles – sliced or spiralized courgette.
